The Signature Collection software is an optional component of PHA-Web that provides the ability to collect an electronic tenant signature.

Signatures can be collected for all adult members of the household providing a one-signature application or recertification process. Captured signatures are date and time stamped and are collected as part of each form action. The signatures that have been collected will be printed on all forms that require signatures as part of the application or recertification process.

The Signature Collection software is part of the optional Document Imaging Manager and works with most tablets and smart phones. The Signature Collection software work over Wifi or with a data plan.
