ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE SUPPORT

This position’s primary function is providing fast, friendly and knowledgeable technical support to clients using a software application developed by MCS. We need a ‘people person’ possessing a combination of accounting, problem solving, communication, and organizational skills who is self-starting and motivated. Our software includes an accounting component complete with accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger so good accounting skills are important. You must be friendly and helpful with a good telephone manner. Using communication and problem solving skills, you can discuss problems with clients to uncover its source. Once cause is determined, you have the ability to communicate the solution in a manner that is understood by clients.

INTERNET PROGRAMMER

Entry Level Full-time Web Programmer for Web-based management software applications. Everyday tasks will include conceptualizing, designing, coding, testing, implementing, documenting and supporting our custom designed software programs. The majority of programming will be using object-oriented web-based .NET applications utilizing an MS SQL Server database. Communication with our support desk on troubleshooting of bugs and design solutions for software modifications will be required.
