The Program Manager provides the ability to add and edit all program information on PHA-Web. There are a large number of program types that can be added to PHA-Web including programs for HUD 50058 programs, state programs for Massachusetts and Connecticut, financial programs, TRACS 50059, Tax Credit programs, and managed property programs.

The Program Manager is also used for adding or editing building and unit information for federal and state public housing type programs.
